  • In this hands-on class, we’ll explore the history, science, and traditional wisdom behind raw milk, including why many people are rediscovering its rich flavor and nutritional value. We’ll discuss the importance of A2/A2 cows, what makes Redmond dairy unique, and the rigorous safety testing and farm standards that ensure every batch meets the highest level of quality. 

    Each participant will receive a mini raw milk book, recipe sheets, and a small gift bag to take home.
